Hi! My name is Eric Young. Having been a former athlete, I find personal training to be an extension to my competitive career. For 17 years of my life, I dedicated my own training to the sport of wrestling, which required me to spend countless hours of weight training, conditioning, and working to be at my peak. I finished out my career at the college level and took my knowledge and expertise into the coaching and personal training field. When it comes to fitness, I believe that one must have a rhyme and reason for what they're doing. A goal without a plan is a plan for failure.
When it the fitness arena, I wear multiple hats: trainer, coach, educator, and motivator! I've had the opportunity to work with clients of all ages and goals. I specialize in weight loss, athletic performance, and general fitness. I'm certified through the NFPT as a Level I Personal Trainer. I'm extremely passionate about helping others and proving that they're capable of much more than they often realize.
